Student Athlete Exit Interview

Dear Senior Student-Athletes:

Each year Division-I institutions are required by NCAA regulations to interview student-athletes in all sports who will no longer be participants in the athletics program. The purpose of the interview is to assign value to your experiences while enrolled here at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The actual responses on the exit interviews shall be kept confidential, to be read only by the Compliance Committee, Director of Athletics, Senior Administrative Staff and Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR). The information obtained from the exit interviews will be used to help determine the strengths and weaknesses of the University's programs and to help decide where changes and/or improvements should be made if needed. The process includes this web-based questionnaire and may be followed-up by in-person interviews with an administrator from athletics. Please take some time to thoroughly complete this review.
